New Frontier, WGA and the 4400

Justice League New Frontier - Another new review from AICN for the upcoming direct to video Justice League New Frontier. The review is glowing and I am personally looking forward to the movie.

WGA Agreement Coming? - The AP is reporting that sources involved in the negotiations think an agreement might be signed by the end of the week. Maybe its true, maybe its not, but if it is that means the Oscars should run with writers and new episodes of scripted programming could be ready as soon as mid March. If not true, nothing changes.

Save 4400 Campaign - USA Network, in a cost saving measure, dumped The 4400 and The Dead Zone last year preventing any attempt at closure for either series. It’s a horrible move on their part and makes me not trust any of their programming anymore. I expect a series, especially like those two, to have a beginning and an end and if a network can't provide an end, I see no reason to by the DVDs and more importantly see no reason to watch any future programming on the assumption that history will repeat itself. Anyway, the fan campaign is sending sunflower seeds to USA execs on hope they will renew the series.
